Your Role:
You’ll be the welcoming face of Diva—booking appointments, supporting our service providers, and helping guests find the right home-care products. You’ll ensure each guest has a seamless, personalized experience from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
Greet guests and manage appointments
Recommend services and retail products
Support daily operations and team goals
Maintain front desk, lounge, and retail area
Promote pre-booking and guest retention
What We’re Looking For:
Friendly, polished, and professional
Retail or salon experience preferred
Strong multitasker with great communication
Flexible availability, including weekends/holidays
Passion for beauty and guest care
