Lead Development Efforts: Be actively involved in all parts of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including gathering requirements, coding, testing, documenting, and deploying robust software solutions
Guidewire PolicyCenter Expertise: Utilize your 7+ years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter to customize, configure, and enhance our application, ensuring seamless integration with external systems
Problem-Solving Pro: Independently resolve complex production issues, lead troubleshooting efforts, and optimize system performance across multiple applications
Mentor & Collaborate: Work closely with Quality Assurance and other stakeholders to ensure high-performing, resilient systems, while mentoring junior developers to achieve excellence
Innovative Solutioning: Engage in planning and strategy sessions, bring your technical acumen and fresh ideas to the table, and contribute to the overall success of our projects

What We’re Looking For:

Preferred Skills:
• Certifications: ACE or Specialist certification in Guidewire PolicyCenter is a plus.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Property & Casualty Insurance, particularly in Homeowners and Commercial Property.
• Guidewire Suite Knowledge: Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter and BillingCenter is advantageous.
• Agile Experience: Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Enterprise Software Concepts: Familiarity with J2EE technologies, service-oriented architectures, and design patterns.
