Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of maintenance and repair skills, enabling them to tackle various tasks efficiently. The Handy Man will be responsible for ensuring that facilities are well-maintained and that all repairs are completed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify issues that require attention.
Respond promptly to service requests from clients or management regarding maintenance needs.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Collaborate with other team members on larger projects or repairs as needed.
Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used for each job.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes during all maintenance activities.
