About the Position:
Randstad Australia is seeking a highly skilled Hardware and Software Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing hardware and software repairs on electronic equipment, restoring full functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
Repair Equipment: Perform hardware and software repairs on equipment, restoring full functionality.
Testing and Certification: Test units under safe conditions and certify repaired or replaced units meet required standards.
Camera Setup: Ensure cameras are properly set up to document equipment conditions before and during the repair process.
Service Record Maintenance: Log service activities in systems, ensuring accuracy and updating records.
Customer Communication: Provide clear communication with customers, addressing concerns and providing updates.
Requirements:
Strong technical skills: Hardware and software repair expertise.
Attention to detail: Focus on quality and precision.
Excellent communication skills: Interaction with customers and internal teams.
Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Industry experience: Electronics or technology field preferred.
