This position is part of the Service team located in Delhi and will be working remotely in managing the customer base in the region.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
• Handle daily service and support of Radiometer's existing customer base and support sales & service growth and customer happiness.
• Drive service revenue sales targets while ensuring strong customer contract retention rate and warranty conversion rate.
• Utilize critical thinking to resolve issues within defined procedures and practices.
• Provide frontline support by resolving customer(s) problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting.

The essential requirements of the job include:
• Attend breakdown calls in the region and raise requests for parts and close transactions under Warranty, or Chargeable basis.
• Complete installation of equipment on-site, complete preventive maintenance as per schedule, and promote service contracts, consumables, and IT solutions. Also conduct demonstrations of products to customers.
• Impart training to the customer.
• Update service reports in CRM.
• Identify potential parts requirements and get quotes submitted and collect Purchase Orders.
• Identify potential equipment requirements and generate service leads for the sales team.
• Ability to prioritize workload, goals, and tasks consistent with the department objectives.
• Take direction from multiple sources and balance conflicting priorities in an effective and efficient manner and work well independently.

Education / Skills
• Diploma / Engineering in (Electronics, Instrumentation and Bio-Medical is preferred).
• 3 years of field service experience.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
• Ability to travel 50 PERCENT travel.
• Must have a valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment, and meet any other physical requirements.

ING.HW - Hardware Industrialization Engineer

Their main function will be to carry out the tasks of project/product development entrusted to them: from participation in the definition of the requirements of the traction and/or energy storage system, through the development of the specific SW and ending with its validation in track environments and subsequent monitoring, resolution of incidents and maintenance until the passage to warranty.

Academic Qualification: Industrial Electronics Automation Engineering

Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience.

Languages: Advanced English. Knowledge of Spanish will be viewed positively.

Requirements

Knowledge of HW industrial design of control electronic equipment aimed at industry or the railway and/or automotive sectors.

Availability to travel.

The following activities will be carried out:
• Development, validation and maintenance of electronics test environments and applications.
• Define and develop serial test protocols.
• Define manufacturability requirements
• Define production processes for items, boards and subassemblies in new developments.
• Audit production processes by product in new product.
• Provide support to projects and after-sales
• Create and review manufacturing documentation.
• Manage Release of manufacturing documentation to EMS.
• Participate in iprovement initiatives/investments for company management plan.
• Participate in supplier-product supplier approval projects.
• Audit of Production Processes in new EMS implementation.
• Ensure manufacturing of electronic products.
• Lead/Participate in EMS improvement groups.
• Support with deliveries and suppliers + problem solving.
• Diagnose product or manufacturing problems.

Required skills:
• LabView Core 3 programming
• Test and diagnostic instrumentation (National Instruments CompactRio)
• Development and validation of automatic test applications.
• Electronic manufacturing processes
• Design, assembly and validation of test environments
• Communications: : RS-485, CAN, SPI, I2C, Ethernet
• General electronics knowledge: analog, digital and power electronics
• Tools: Altium, Git, Jira
• Office automation (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Wiring, soldering
• HPL programming knowledge, preferably for Xilinx (ISE, Vivado).
• Knowledge of analog, digital and power electronics design.
