Hardware Networking: (CCNA) Fresher

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Hardware & Networking Engineer (CCNA Fresher) to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will assist in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer networks and hardware systems. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers with a passion for networking and a desire to grow in the IT infrastructure domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, network systems, and peripheral devices.
Provide basic troubleshooting for network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN).
Monitor and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
Assist in managing network IP addressing, DHCP, and DNS configurations.
Support the IT team in ensuring smooth daily operations of desktops, laptops, and printers.
Respond to hardware and networking support tickets raised by internal users.
Maintain documentation for hardware inventory and network configurations.
Work with senior IT engineers to implement security protocols and best practices.
Participate in IT infrastructure upgrades and network expansion projects.
Requirements:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
CCNA certification (Routing & Switching or Enterprise) – mandatory.
Good understanding of OSI model, IP addressing, subnetting, and basic networking concepts.
Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
Familiarity with computer hardware components and troubleshooting.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

Internship or hands-on project experience in networking or IT support.
Knowledge of basic cybersecurity practices.
Exposure to IT ticketing systems or helpdesk tools.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
