Job description
We are seeking a skilled Hardware Software Technician to join our team at Tideri Jobbörse. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our computer systems, software, and networks. Your primary focus will be on providing technical support via phone and online platforms to assist customers with their technical queries.
You will also collaborate with our technical teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices to ensure our systems remain secure and efficient.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of hardware and software technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
