Job Description

• Activation of Credit cards Track, analyze and report the movement of Activation of the credit card portfolio Ensure Credit card customers use their Cards atleast once every month.

• Ensure they use their credit card for all their needs.

• Design offers to make them transact High Activation rate for Credit card portfolio Track, analyze and report the movement of High Activation rate of the credit card portfolio Ensure customers who are using their credit cards do it more than 4 times a month to ensure high activation rates Design and execute portfolio programs to ensure high usage on Credit cards Segment customers based on Usage of credit cards and create personalized offers for usage Win back of Dormant and Never used customers Win back customers who have stopped using their credit cards and generate spends through usage Ensure customers who have activated transact consistently Design and execute portfolio programs to win back these customers Stakeholder Management Liaise with BIU and CIU units to ensure timely delivery of data requirements Reduce the TAT in terms of parking the data requirements and receiving the data New ideas to create revenue Identify new areas of spends generation Design and execute the idea to completion Track and analyze the effectiveness of the initiative Communication and Marketing Designing offers for customers to ensure customers use their cards more frequently All merchant, segmented and ATL offer communication to the active and Inactive customers via multiple channels such as SMS, Emailers, Digital Marketing etc.

• Campaign Analysis Analyze campaigns and be able to take corrective measures on non performing base / campaigns.
