Position: Virtual Relationship Banking Tele-Banking Executive
Job Description: As a Virtual Relationship Banking Tele-Banking Executive, you will be the frontline ambassador of HDFC Bank, engaging with customers over the phone to provide exceptional service and support. Your responsibilities will include:
• Building strong relationships with customers through effective communication and personalized assistance.
• Providing information about HDFC Bank's products and services, and assisting customers in choosing the best options to meet their financial needs.
• Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless banking experience.
• Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate customer requests and deliver timely solutions.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional proficiency in regional languages is a plus).
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of banking products and services preferred, but not required (training will be provided).
