Head - AIF & PMS Compliance

The “Head - AIF & PMS Compliance” will be responsible for managing and overseeing all compliance functions related to Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) and Portfolio Management Services (PMS) in accordance with SEBI regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee compliance with SEBI regulations related to AIF (Alternative Investment Funds) and PMS (Portfolio Management Services).
• Ensure all regulatory filings, documentation, and reporting requirements are met in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain internal compliance policies in line with current laws and regulations.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and internal stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Monitor investment restrictions, risk management policies, and fund-related compliance.
• Conduct periodic compliance audits to ensure ongoing adherence to regulations.
• Provide compliance training to staff and keep the management informed about any new regulations or changes.
• Manage and mitigate potential compliance risks, ensuring the company's operations align with all legal requirements.
• Assist with legal and regulatory queries and provide guidance on regulatory best practices.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in AIF & PMS compliance, with deep knowledge of SEBI regulations.
• Must possess a CS (Company Secretary) degree.
• Excellent understanding of investment management regulations.
• Age group: 32 to 40 years.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to interact with senior management and regulatory bodies.
