Job description
Overview:
- Business operations, execute business development and sales activities, manage contractual and full-time recruitments, outsourcing, oversee service partner onboarding, client relations, end-to-end execution and management.
- Strategic Leadership: Work closely with the CEO & stakeholders to shape the strategic direction of SoDo, aligning operational goals with our overarching vision.
- Lead Generation and Business Development: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, leveraging personal & Founder's network, professional contacts, and startup communities.
- Engage in client outreach, requirement gathering, and proposal development to secure client closures
- Client Engagement and Relations: Establish and nurture strong client relationships through effective communication, proactive follow-ups, and regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Market Research and Expansion: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for business expansion.
- Develop strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and drive business growth.
- Service Partner Management: Manage relationships with service partners, ensuring clear communication, timely deliverables, and adherence to quality standards.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Implement systems and processes to streamline workflows and optimize resource utilization.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators, sales activities, and pipeline metrics to track progress towards targets.
- Discuss regular updates and insights with the Founder and team to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.
- Team Building: Lead by example, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within our team.

- Experience: Proven experience in operational leadership roles within the IT recruitment and outsourcing industry.
- Business Development Expertise: Proven track record in business development, sales, or related fields, particularly in IT recruitment and outsourcing project projects
- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of B2B IT outsourcing and recruitment landscape, with insights into market trends and best practices.
- Strategic Thinker: A strategic mindset with a track record of turning visions into actionable plans and results.
