you will play a pivotal role in shaping our menu, maintaining high culinary standards, and ensuring a superior dining experience for all our guests. You will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, managing staff, and ensuring the quality and consistency of all food prepared.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.

Develop and update the menu, ensuring dishes reflect traditional and contemporary Indian cuisine, using fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Maintain consistency and high standards in food preparation and presentation.

Supervise the preparation, cooking, and plating of food to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to company standards and protocols.

Oversee inventory management, including ordering, storing, and managing food supplies to minimize waste.

Enforce and maintain health and safety regulations, including cleanliness, sanitation, and proper food handling.

Create and implement standard operating procedures for the kitchen to ensure efficiency and smooth service.

Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new dishes, promotions, and seasonal menus.

Monitor food costs and work within budget to maintain profitability while maintaining food quality.

Stay updated with current food trends, innovations, and customer preferences, incorporating them into the menu as appropriate.

Handle special dietary requests and create customized dishes to accommodate guests' needs.

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including staff scheduling, time management, and ensuring kitchen cleanliness and organization.

Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and ensure the quality of ingredients.

Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Must Have:

Experience in tandoor and gravy.

Food safety certification.

4-5 Years of experience in North America

Good leader and communication skill

PR or Canadian citizen

Good to Have:

Multi cuisine experience

In-depth knowledge of Indian cooking techniques, spices, and regional variations of Indian dishes.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, inspire, and develop a team of chefs and kitchen staff.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong understanding of food cost control, menu planning, and inventory management.

Creative and passionate about developing new and innovative dishes.

Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive, calm attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Culinary degree or equivalent professional training is preferred.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
