Position: Content Head

Job Summary:

The Content Head in a Digital Marketing Agency is responsible for leading and overseeing the content strategy, creation, and distribution for clients. This role involves managing a team of content creators, ensuring high-quality content production, and driving engagement and conversions through compelling and targeted content.

Key Responsibilities:

· Content Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies aligned with client goals, target audience, and industry best practices.

· Team Management: Lead and manage a team of content creators, including writers, editors, and designers. Provide guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality content output.

· Content Creation: Generate engaging and informative content across various platforms and formats, such as websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, video scripts, and more.

· Content Optimization: Optimize content for search engines, user experience, and specific platforms ensuring maximum visibility and effectiveness.

· Content Distribution: Plan and execute content distribution strategies across different channels, including social media platforms, email marketing, content partnerships, and influencer collaborations.

· Content Calendar: Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent content production and timely delivery.

· Content Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance using relevant metrics and tools. Use insights to refine content strategy and improve performance.

· Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide strategic content recommendations, and ensure alignment with their brand and goals.

· Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest content marketing trends, emerging platforms, and best practices. Apply knowledge to enhance content strategies and keep clients ahead of the competition.

· Quality Assurance: Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. Review and edit content to maintain high standards.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

· Proven experience in content creation and strategy, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.

· Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO, and content management systems.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to manage and lead a team, including remote team members.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure content performance.

· Creativity and the ability to think strategically while being detail-oriented.

· Familiarity with content marketing trends, social media platforms, and emerging digital technologies.

· Proficiency in content management and collaboration tools.
