About the Role:
The Senior Culinary Leader will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, ingredient sourcing, and staff training. You will work closely with our culinary team to create menus that delight our guests and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement menu strategies that align with business objectives.
Source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory effectively.
Train and mentor culinary staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Monitor kitchen operations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure financial targets are met.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior culinary role in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
Proven track record of menu development and implementation.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and kitchen management software.
Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field.
