About the Role
As Head of Digital Applications, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and post-go-live stabilisation of Dynamics 365, ensuring system optimisation, performance tuning, and ongoing environment management.
Primary Objectives & Responsibilities
Lead the Dynamics 365 implementation and post-go-live stabilisation, ensuring system optimisation, performance tuning, and ongoing environment management;
Proactively manage and optimise the Dynamics 365 environment, ensuring a stable and scalable platform post-implementation;
Troubleshoot technical, integration, and operational issues within D365 and work closely with vendors and internal teams to drive resolutions;
Establish best practices for D365 governance, maintenance, and enhancements to maximise system effectiveness.
Enterprise Applications & IT Leadership
You will oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, SaaS, and on-premise digital applications. You will develop and manage the global digital app
