JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Devise and execute Brand strategy: Build plan and roadmap to create visibility for Ohmuim Brand and products in the regions with the addressable market. Define goals for success, execute, measure and iterate to drive continuous improvement in performance
• Define and execute Ohmium’s Digital presence: Revisit Ohmium.com to transform UX and content with multiple goals (Brand, Lead Generation, Education etc.) to make optimized experiences for various user types. Instrument the website for analytics and build a cadence of performance and optimization.
• Define and execute Lead Generation Marketing: Create a strategy to drive leads through digital marketing that would include multiple Marketing channels (paid, owned and earned). Build and execute the journeys
• Plan and Execute Organic Marketing strategies: Plan out SEO, Organic Social, influencer, partnership and referral strategies to drive Brand and Leadgen outcomes.
• Product Launches and Campaigns Support planning and execution of product launches and marketing campaigns. Coordinate with product marketing, sales, and external agencies to compelling GTM plans
• Content Marketing: In partnership with Product Marketing, develop content for web, social and influencers to drive brand and product visibility
• Expertise in Marketing and Digital tech: Deep knowledge in tools and technologies and ability to realize the value of available tech to drive business outcomes.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED :
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, management or equivalent is required.
• Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• 15+ years of experience as a Product Lead or a B2B Digital Marketing Lead working on technically complex or industrial products and/or platforms (required)
• Experience working with Product Marketing, Sales and Product teams
• Successful experience with driving Lead Generation Programs at B2B businesses is required
• Experience in developing Organic Brand strategies
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to use data and metrics for making assumptions and decisions (required)
• Cross-organizational relationship builder
