We are seeking an experienced, proficient & talented Digital Marketing Head to competently lead our growing digital marketing and development teams across India, Singapore & Australia.
As a Digital Marketing Head at our company, you will be responsible for overall Business development and flawlessly execution of end-to-end campaigns, liaising with marketing, sales, design and content teams, setting milestones, communicating campaign progress to clients and managing budgets, among other tasks.
You will have to ensure accurate, timely and successful delivery in full of all campaign components after a through & in-depth understanding of the client's marketing & branding requirements.
We are expecting you to have result-driving experience and a RELENTLESS passion for digital technologies with PROVEN EXPERTISE in utilizing different digital marketing channels.

As an Digital Marketing Head at Cedilla Interactive, you would be the face of the company. You need to:
• Have 10+ years of digital and web marketing experience.
• 5+ years of business development, consulting, product management, or IT solutions development experience.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree.
• Have strong communication skills with proficiency in writing compelling business proposals.
• Manage and pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate and close sales.
• Solve entrepreneurial problems with demonstrated experience in successfully executing digital strategies.
• Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategies and identify digital revenues.
• Identify new digital & web technologies and expansion opportunities.
• Have a proven track record of selling digital services to leading brands and corporate organizations.
• Continuously track performance with post-campaign analysis and reporting to ensure marketing efforts are delivering the expected business outcomes.
• Have a strong network of contacts, which you will use to develop new business opportunities and to establish business relationships
• Have strong technical SEO knowledge and in-depth knowledge of various other digital marketing platforms - SEM, SMO, Affiliate, best practices, and website analytics and specialty digital products.
• Knowledge on UI designs and UX practices.
• Be up to date with the latest technology and best practices.
• Recruit, mentor, manage, and motivate the team to ensure a high-performance environment
