We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to support our organization in achieving its strategic goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Onboarding: Attract, select, and onboard top talent to fill key roles within the organization.
• Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and develop strategies to improve employee performance.
• Payroll and Benefits Administration: Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with a proven track record of success in recruitment, performance management, and payroll administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
