We launched in late July of 2022 and reached an 8-figure run rate in just two years with no outside funding and no significant paid advertising or Amazon presence until 2024. Our LTV and subscription revenue are incredibly strong, opening up many exciting growth opportunities!
Role Overview
We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on, and results-driven Head of Growth to lead and execute our growth initiatives across multiple channels. While you’ll oversee and optimize our already successful Meta and Amazon platforms (working closely with our agency partners), the primary focus of this role is to aggressively identify, test, and scale new customer acquisition channels outside of Meta.
This could include influencer, affiliate and partnership programs; wholesale/practitioner marketing (Fullscript); TikTok; YouTube; podcast ads; AppLovin, or other creative paid and organic strategies. You should be a data-driven growth scientist who can generate hypotheses, run lean tests, interpret results, and scale winners quickly and efficiently. We need someone who thrives in experimentation, iteration, and rapid execution.
This is not a managerial or supervisory role. You must be willing and able to roll up your sleeves and do the work, from creating offer tests to implementing retention plans to reviewing landing pages. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team that wears many hats, moves quickly, and values smart, scrappy execution over bureaucracy.
You will report directly to the CEO and own everything related to growth—from new customer acquisition to lifecycle marketing to channel expansion to maximizing LTV and MRR.
Experience in the supplements or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry is a plus but not required.
The position is virtual, but you will be expected to attend 3-4 on-site meetings in Bend, OR, throughout the year.
