The Opportunity

We’re looking for an ambitious, experienced B2C growth leader with a proven track record managing a multi-million budget driving acquisition, retention and optimising monetisation. Our ideal Head of Growth candidate will be extremely analytical, data-driven, collaborative, and ready to roll up their sleeves to impact performance on a weekly basis.

Given a recent period of rapid growth and international expansion, we’re looking to add more senior team members to our performance marketing and growth leadership. You will work closely with the Director of Growth (and Product Teams), but will have ownership and autonomy to fully drive profitable growth for a group of categories in the HeliosX portfolio.
