JOB PURPOSE

The 35 GSF schools are spread across 11 countries in ASEAN & South Asia, Middle East and India which provide world class education to over 31,000 students from 70+ nationalities. The schools offer various curricula including IB, Cambridge and CBSE.
As the GSF family of schools expands, we are looking for Regional Head of HR to join the HR function based in Singapore. This individual will operate as a trusted adviser to the Regional Partners and Regional Corporate Function Heads, operating in a strategic and operational HR Leadership role, supported by a collaborative and high performing HR team spread across the region and reporting into the global HR Director. This individual will take complete responsibility of Singapore HR function and operate as part of the global HR Leadership team, partnering closely with the business to provide a best in class HR service, offering consultative and pragmatic HR / people solutions
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The role holder is responsible in the implementation of HR strategies, policies and procedures in the country, and providing HR advice to the Country Director.
• Drive the HR strategy working closely with the partners and leaders
• Drive annual HR processes such as talent, performance management, compensation review, learning & development, talent acquisition, managing employee relations and enhancing policies as needed .
• Lead HR projects and business planning, also managing the HR budget.
• Propose and implement talent acquisition strategy, overseeing the recruitment and selection process, providing management with effective recruitment solutions in a cost-effective manner for India.
• Design and deliver annual HR priorities and organizational strategies in line with the organization's business plans
• Oversee the development and implementation of best HR policies and practices globally
provide HR advice to the leadership team at the corporate level
• Collaborate with the Finance function in developing relevant measurable performance metrics for the Human Resources function, and proactively tracks performance against the metrics to ensure fiscal control and financial feasibility of the function
• Oversee the annual budget for the function and ensures adherence to the budget.
• Oversee the development and implementation of the Recruitment, payroll and HRBP systems, processes, and policies at a regional level
• Lead the implementation and review of the performance management process at the regional level working closely with the business partners and regional leaders
• Work closely with the HRBPs and oversees the manpower budgeting and workforce planning
• Build strong networks and maintains good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Build and manages high performing teams within the function by providing leadership, role clarity, training and career development
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: M.B.A in Human Resources with Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Experience: 15+ years of experience in all HR verticals including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Payroll Processing, HR Operations, Performance Management, Organisation Development & Change Management & HRIS Management
