We are seeking an experienced HR Head with outstanding people skills to manage our personnel and ensure that our human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient and aligned to overall business objectives.
Duties for the HR Head will include supervising HR personnel, handling performance management system, dealing with employee grievances and disputes, supporting employee development, enhancing job satisfaction, designing or structuring HR policies designing and executing recruitment strategies, forecasting and planning staffing needs, structuring compensation & benefits and overseeing overall employment needs.
Education and Experience:
· MBA/MSW with 20 years’ experience in HR & Admin.
Must have:
· Must be in a Head HR for at-least 5 – 10 years in a leadership position in a large organisation with at least 1500 personnel strength.
· Should have handled large teams of HR & Admin comprising of Recruitment team for sourcing and hiring personnel at all levels.
· Experience in HR – Performance Management, Learning & development, Man power & succession planning, HRIS, OD, HR policies, Compensation & Benefits etc.
· Must have handled large scale recruitments.
· Conversant with all statutory compliances and Labour Laws.
