Job Description:

As the Head of Marketing for a B2B Jewellery manufacturing company, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. With your previous work experience of 3-5 years, you will bring valuable insights and expertise to the role. A key aspect of your position will involve coordinating with outside marketing agencies to leverage their specialized skills and resources.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy and plans aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with external marketing agencies, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
• Create and oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, events, and trade shows.
• Collaborate with external marketing agencies to leverage their expertise in areas such as digital marketing, social media, SEO, content creation, or graphic design.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
• Collaborate with product development and sales teams to align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and sales initiatives.
• Monitor and analyse marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in marketing strategies.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials and communications.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Additional certifications or qualifications are a plus.
• Proven experience as a marketing professional with 3-5 years of experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices, including digital marketing, content marketing, and brand management.
• Experience coordinating and managing relationships with external marketing agencies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving goals.
• Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data and analytics to drive informed marketing decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of the jewellery manufacturing process, industry trends, and customer preferences is a plus
