THEODORE is a Istanbul-based company, dedicated to the principles of ne craftsmanship, timeless design Location: Lower Parel Working model: Onsite working Days: Monday to Saturday, Usually the 2nd Saturday is a half day, and the 4th is an off. Timings: 10:00am - 6:00pm Budget: 12-15 LPA Experience: 5 years Roles & Responsibilities: • Define and articulate the brand's tonality, voice, and visual identity to maintain a consistent brand image. • Develop and implement brand strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty among our target demographic. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure alignment of brand objectives with overall business goals. • Lead marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to effectively reach and resonate with our target audience. • Oversee setup and management of various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, events, and traditional advertising. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth. • Work closely with the design team to ensure brand aesthetics are consistent and reflective of our luxury positioning. • Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support brand initiatives. • Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics to evaluate marketing effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. • To stay informed on international brand strategies and leading fashion weeks in Paris, London, Milan, and New York. • Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation. • Manage media relations and cultivate relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry professionals. Requirements & Skills: • International degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field or master’s in luxury goods, services and retails. • Experience in brand management, preferably with international brands preferred • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling brands, preferably within startup environments. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Passion for menswear fashion and a keen understanding of luxury consumer behaviour. •
