Job Summary:
A Product Head in Home Décor plays a key leadership role, responsible for the strategy, development, and success of a brand’s product portfolio in the home décor space. Here's a breakdown of the typical roles and responsibilities:
• Define the product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals and market trends.
• Identify and capitalize on market opportunities within home décor (furniture, textiles, lighting, accessories, etc.).
• Forecast category performance and contribute to overall business planning.
• Lead end-to-end product development — from ideation and design to launch.
• Collaborate with design, sourcing, merchandising, and production teams.
• Ensure product designs are aligned with customer preferences, trends, and brand positioning.
• Oversee material selection, sustainability considerations, and cost optimization.
