10+ years’ Product Design experience, with at least 6 of those years being in a management role, and at least 2-3 years in a senior management capacity.
Experience in complex SaaS domains like payroll, finance or banking.
Management experience should include overseeing a team of 6+ designers and experience managing managers.
Previous scope responsibilities should include overseeing several, distinct areas of the business each with its own roadmap and stakeholders.
Experience leading 0-to-1 or emerging business teams.
A track record of strong performance management; up-leveling direct reports through leadership frameworks and raising the bar for design quality across the organization.
Evidence of driving transformative change to the product strategy and customer experience; showing up as a “business-minded design leader” who leads their teams to deliver substantial impact through a stellar customer experience.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and leverage ambiguous situations as opportunities to drive clarity and change.
