Role Description
Position: Head of Sales
Type: Full-time, On-site
Location: Kochi, Kerala
As Head of Sales at Campfly Private Limited, you will own our revenue engine and build a high-performing sales organization. Working from our Kochi headquarters, you’ll use your analytical prowess and client-focused mindset to drive new business, deepen existing partnerships, and lead a team of sales professionals to exceed targets. On a day-to-day basis, you will:
Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies that align with Campfly’s growth goals
Manage key accounts end-to-end, from prospecting and proposal to negotiation and close
Recruit, mentor, and motivate a diverse sales team, setting clear KPIs and coaching for continuous improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to refine our value proposition, optimize the sales funnel, and ensure best-in-class handoffs
Leverage CRM tools to maintain pipeline accuracy, forecast performance, and identify areas for process automation
Present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to the executive leadership team
Qualifications
Analytical & Sales Expertise: Strong ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and turn insights into action
Account & Sales Management: Proven track record managing complex deals and consistently achieving revenue targets
Team Leadership: Experience building, coaching, and scaling a sales organization in a fast-paced environment
Strategic Planning: Demonstrated skill in crafting territory plans, setting quotas, and adapting strategy to market shifts
Process Optimization: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales-enablement tools to drive efficiency
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities with internal and external stakeholders
Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the travel and hospitality sector is a strong plus
Education: MBA or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Languages: Fluent in Tamil, Hindi, and English
