General Manager Sales - Real Estate
KRA
• Devising sales strategies, Major focus on Sales closures
• Responsibility of Revenue Generation / Acting as Profit Centre of the company (P & L responsibility of the project)
• Daily/weekly reporting to management in prescribed formats & presentations.
• Creating and Handling and developing own team
• Handling entire sales
• Direct Sales and Channel Sales responsibility.
Responsibilities
• Functioning as the Head – Sales, taking care of all Sales activities.
• Handling entire sales-related activities
• Client Co-ordination, issues resolving if required
• Creation and deployment of Sales department.
• Preparation & implementation of business plan (Budgeting & forecasting).* Costing, Estimation and Budget control.
• Develop and execute organization's sales strategy
• Devising sales strategies, working and co-ordination with Marketing department for optimum lead generation and make deal closures
• End to End responsibility for entire Sales till handover which includes payment collection.
• Develop Channels and increase channel sales.
• Plan and execute launch of new projects, phases as part of the overall plan
• Expand customer base through a variety of effective sales techniques.
• Focus on building sales team, identifying inefficiencies, implementing and refining sales process
• Recruiting, Training, and grooming team of sales people. Motivating & constantly monitoring the performance of team.
• Making Conversion of leads , sanction process, disbursement process, customer satisfaction & delightment, overall Daily/weekly reporting to management in prescribed formats & presentations.
• Ensure target achievement
• Any Other task which is given by Company after mutual discussion.
Min. 10 years experience in Real Estate. Sales Closure ability is a MUST. Traveling to Karjat on Weekends and handling sales closure
