Role: Sales Head
Responsibilities
• Lead team of Sales Managers
• Lead Inside Sales as well as front line Sales teams
• Managing C level Customer
• Experience of leading team will be added advantage but not mandatory
• Achieve Sales target for business from existing accounts as well as new customers
• Nurture sales team members and achieve team goals
• Customer relationship management with customer mapping across various level
• Handle complete sales life cycle from lead generation, customer presentation, commercial negotiation and closure
• Software project, Resource Augmentation sales experience will be preferred.
• Banking sector experience is preferred
Location :- Mahape
Salary :- Open ( CTC will include Fixed and Variable components
