Demonstrated capability to analysis sales trends, manage customer relations at senior level and develop and lead people.
Capacity to understand sales & marketing functions and processes
Demonstrated ability to Coach and Develop teams
Knowledge of Consumer Care Channel
Experience in managing in-field Field Sales teams
Knowledge of interrelationship of key functions and their key initiatives (Field Sales, Key Account Management, Marketing, Distribution, Sales Operations)
Knowledge of core Business Processes (Field Sales Management, Distributor Management, Training, HR Policies, Strategic Thinking, Product Knowledge, etc. Knowledge of Integrated Commercial Planning process Knowledge of Distributor Best Practice)
Market Intelligence - Advanced knowledge of specific Channel universe.
