Experience – 5+ Years Location- Pune Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Business Development/Sales Manager for our IT services industry-focused initiatives, with a specialized focus on engaging Middle East clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing, business development, and sales within the IT industry, with a proven track record of successfully driving growth and building relationships within the Middle East market. Responsibilities: Head of Sales & Marketing • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts targeting Middle East clients. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Middle East region, including market research, prospecting, and networking to establish and nurture relationships with potential clients. • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closure, including developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a smooth transition to the delivery team. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, delivery, and marketing to ensure alignment of strategies and maximize client satisfaction. • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments in the IT industry, particularly within the Middle East region, to identify opportunities and potential challenges. • Utilize CRM systems and other tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and generate reports to monitor progress and performance against targets. • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote our services and establish thought leadership in the IT sector. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. • Proven experience 5 years in marketing, business development, and sales within the IT industry, with a focus on Europe Middle East & Asia (EMEA) clients. • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, exceeding sales targets, and building long-term client relationships. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and influence decision-makers. • Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required; proficiency in Arabic or other Middle Eastern languages is highly desirable. • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
