Job Title: Sales Head – Real Estate
Location: Bangalore (On-site)
About the Role:
RENTO is seeking a dynamic Sales Head with 2–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, complete sales cycle knowledge, and the ability to multitask effectively. If you have worked in any other sales domain, please note that only pure real estate sales experience will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential and commercial properties.
• Monitor the team’s daily performance, provide training, and ensure high productivity.
• Handle end-to-end client interactions, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
• Maintain and update sales pipelines, reports, and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Coordinate with other departments (Marketing, Operations) to ensure smooth sales processes.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
