We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our Technical Services team for centrifugal air compressors. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of centrifugal air compressor technology and a proven track record in technical service management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the Technical Services department, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of centrifugal air compressors.
• Develop and implement technical service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Train and mentor technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to address client needs and technical challenges.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Monitor and analyse service metrics to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in centrifugal air compressor technology is essential.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
