We are currently hiring for the position of Head of Retail Design for a leading interior design and architectural firm.

Position: Head - Retail Interior
Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Desired Profile: B.Arch / Interior Designer (5 yr) with min 10 years' experience in retail store designing.

Job Summary:
The Head of Retail Interior will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store design and interior projects, from conceptualization to execution. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in interior design, project management, and retail environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality retail interiors that enhance the customer experience and support the brand's identity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership and Management:
• Lead and mentor a team of interior designers, architects, and project managers.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Set clear goals and objectives for the design team and ensure their alignment with the company’s vision.
• Design and Concept Development:
• Develop and implement creative design concepts for retail spaces that reflect the brand's identity.
• Oversee the creation of detailed design plans, including layouts, color schemes, lighting, and furniture selection.
• Ensure designs are functional, cost-effective, and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including marketing, operations, and external vendors.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
