Head - Sales (CTC - Rs. 35 - Rs. 38 lacs per annum) - 4 Star or 5 Star Hotel Experience
As the Head of Sales for a prestigious Luxury High-End Hospitality company, this position will be responsible for leading the Sales department to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization. This position will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic sales plans, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our discerning clientele.

Reporting to : Business Head
Requirements:
• Graduate or a Postgraduate in Hotel Management or Sales & Marketing
• 10-12 years’ experience in a 5 or 4-star hotel chain from hospitality background or from luxury retail with proven track record in Increasing sales through various sales channels.
• High degree of commercial awareness and be able to understand links between sales and profit.
• Knowledge of high-end event planning and execution, ensuring attention to detail and a focus on delivering memorable experiences.
• Very good understanding of budgeting and financial management, with the ability to drive revenue growth while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
• In-depth knowledge of the luxury banquet / event / catering industry.
• Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, particularly in the Corporate & luxury events segment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to secure high-value contracts.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills to identify market opportunities and formulate effective sales strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain high-level client relationships.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Dedication to providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the entire sales and event process.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing market conditions and overcoming challenges
