Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and drive revenue growth in the Indore region.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting clear sales targets and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to align sales and marketing strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and effective lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to maximize business opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and market expansion.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to assess team progress and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage the sales pipeline, forecasting sales targets, and tracking progress against goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and services in the market.
• Collaborate with the product development team to provide market insights and contribute to product roadmap planning.
• Prepare and present sales reports, revenue forecasts, and other performance metrics to the executive team on a regular basis.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales leadership roles within the SAAS industry, preferably in e- commerce or marketing technology.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• In-depth knowledge of sales principles and techniques, as well as experience with CRM software.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
• Results-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to travel as needed within the Indore region.
