Job Title: Head Strategy
Location: Ahmedabad
Reporting to: CEO
To drive the organisation transformation roadmap across functions. Working closely with the
key stakeholders towards organisation renewal and effectiveness, driving change management
and constantly benchmark and lead in organisation level best practices. The role will involve
fostering data based decision making, through digitising various business processes and
sharpening the visual management and insights for key business decisions. The incumbent will
also work closely with the CEO and other functional leaders towards developing and
implementing the long term growth strategy and also developing robust organisation review
mechanisms to ensure effective execution.
Key Stakeholders: All functional heads/ key stakeholders
Pre-requisite Requirements
Qualification: MBA Premier 'B' School
Experience: At least 10-15 years of overall work experience preferably from FMCG/
Consulting background in Strategy/Transformation roles

The person needs to
1. Good exposure to business / functions in FMCG - ideally consultant
2. Understanding of AI and data science

4. Manager in CEO office
Key Responsibilities
1. As a member of the CEO Office, you will work directly with the function heads and act
as an advisor to the senior management team towards improving the overall function
effectiveness.
2. Be a strategic partner and thought leader that leads the coordination and strategic
alignment of diverse Business Function
3. Responsible for streamlining high-importance projects and conducting leadership-level
internal and external initiatives that have a very significant impact on the company's
business objectives
4. Translate the strategic goals into implications for the functional departments, so that
they can create their operational plans to achieve the required targets
5. Drive the Leadership team toward transparent, efficient, and accountable data based
decision-making
6. Provide analytical support and thought leadership expertise on strategic projects (e.g.
identifying opportunities in new areas of growth, developing medium-term business
strategy and planning, new digital business growth opportunities, etc.)
7. Conduct in-depth market & demand analysis, understand the competitor landscape,
customer demographics and identifying untapped growth opportunities
8. Work on Operational effectiveness projects with select departments for
transformational activities
+. Drive Process Improvements/Transformation using different Levers
10. Effective Operation Control through monitoring and risk identification and mitigation
11. Identify, analyze and monitor issues that affect profitability, growth, and productivity
12. Drive Ideation for small/large scale Projects
13. Evolve a culture and behavior shift through effective change interventions for
supporting business aspirations and linked growth
14. Deploy change management approaches/frameworks focusing on culture, people,
leadership, and process transformations
15. Other important areas to be managed:-
1. Lead MIS integration / data dashboard platforms
a. Will have Data scientists to assist in dashboarding and generating insights
b. AI capability
c. Centralize all data requirements for the enterprise
2. Facilitate key programs across the enterprise - high impact ones
a. Have couple of project management team members
b. review and raising red flags impacting organization
3. External environment scanning -
a. Track macro environment effecting business
b. Share reports - economic and analytical data to relevant stakeholders including CEO
4. Facilitate functional reviews with focus on effective and efficient review mechanism to reduce
time spent with superior value
