The Key Result Areas (KRAs) for a Pre-primary Coordinator · Contribute in develop a comprehensive and age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with vision and educational standards of the institution and promotes holistic development. · Ensure effective implementation of the curriculum by providing guidance and support to teachers. · Monitor and evaluate classroom setups to ensure they are conducive to effective teaching and learning · Create a stimulating and child-friendly learning environment that promotes curiosity, creativity, and exploration. · Conduct regular training sessions for pre-primary teachers to enhance their teaching skills and keep them updated on best practices. · Monitor teaching, learning and provide constructive feedback to teachers and support their professional development · Develop and implement assessment tools to measure the progress of each child in various developmental areas. · Analyse assessment data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address individual learning need · Foster strong communication between the school and parents through regular meetings, workshops, and newsletters. · Provide parents with resources and strategies to support their child's learning at home. · Ensure the safety and well-being of students by implementing and monitoring safety protocols. · Manage and allocate resources efficiently, including educational materials, classroom supplies, and technology. · Develop relationships with the local community to enhance the preschool's visibility and support. · Collaborate with community organizations and professionals to provide additional resources and learning opportunities for children · Stay informed about new educational resources and tools that can enhance the learning experience · Regularly review and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching methods, curriculum, and overall program. · Implement changes and improvements based on feedback, research, and evolving educational trend · Emphasize and monitor the holistic development of each child, including cognitive, social, emotional, and physical aspects. · Implement strategies to address any developmental gaps and promote overall well-being. · Develop and implement strategies to enhance the school's reputation and visibility in the community. · Organize events, open houses, and community engagement activities to showcase the school's achievements and commitment to quality education · Cultivate positive relationships with local media outlets to share success stories, achievements, and educational initiatives · Establish partnerships with local businesses, educational institutions, and community organizations to strengthen the school's ties with the broader community. · Collaborate on initiatives that benefit both the school and the community. · Oversee the school's social media presence to ensure it reflects a positive and engaging image. · Share updates, achievements, and highlights from the school's activities on various social media platforms. · Identify and apply for relevant educational awards and recognitions to enhance the school's credibility and standing in the education sector. · Showcase awards and accolades in promotional materials and on the school's website · Develop and implement crisis communication plans to address any challenging situation situations promptly and transparently. · Work to maintain trust and confidence in the school during challenging times. Qualifications · Masters in any subject- preferably English, Science, Social Sciences · Professional teaching degree from a recognised University- B Ed/MEd · Proficiency in technology · Proficiency in Language · Excellent communication skills Experience · Having taught in the Primary school for at least 05 years and leadership experience 3 years · Experience in working and policies of the CBSE board. Experience of other boards is also welcome.
