Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety professional to join our team as a WHS Manager. This role is responsible for embedding a strong safety culture, managing WHS systems, and driving continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities:
Oversee and enhance the Safety Management System to ensure compliance with legislation and company standards.
Lead WHS initiatives, emergency management, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Manage workers' compensation and return-to-work processes effectively.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, audit, and customer requirements.
Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees and contractors.
Collaborate with stakeholders to promote a positive and proactive safety culture.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in WHS practices.
About You: Proven experience in WHS management within manufacturing or related industries. Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, risk management, and safety systems. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
