Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team in Canberra. As a key member of our community care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and development programs to our staff.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure staff meet regulatory requirements and professional standards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop targeted training solutions.
Pursue and facilitate scholarship opportunities and external learning experiences for staff.
Ensure all learning and development activities are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
+3 years experience in this field
Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and professional standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
