Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: B.Sc., BBA, B.Com, or HR-related fields); MBA in HR is a plus
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting for U.S. Healthcare roles such as Registered Nurses (RNs), Therapists, Care Managers, and Clinical Operations
Shift Timing:
6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (U.S. EST/CST overlap)
Preferred Gender:
Open to all
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Recruiter to support our growing U.S. clinical staffing division. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for roles including Registered Nurses (ER, MedSurg, Case Managers), Physical/Occupational Therapists, and Clinical Managers within hospital systems, home health, or rehab centers in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and engage clinical candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Ceipal, CareerBuilder, and Indeed
Screen and assess candidates’ qualifications and licensure status (e.g., NCLEX, RN License)
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding documentation
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with account managers
Maintain ATS entries and candidate pipelines (Ceipal)
Ensure all candidate submissions comply with client documentation requirements
Stay updated on U.S. healthcare trends and licensing practices
Notice Period:
Immediate to 15 days preferred
