In support of our continued growth, Outline Systems India Pvt Ltd is looking for driven and ambitious Healthcare Staffing Recruiters for our client to join our growing Healthcare Staffing team.
This position will be based out in India . You will be working from India night shift USA Eastern Time Zone .
Job Responsibilities :
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to gain knowledge and generate referrals
• Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing strategies
• Screen and interview qualified candidates
• Coordinate the full life-cycle process from scheduling interviews to placement on an assignment
• Provide a personalized experience for each candidate based on their qualifications and long-term career goals
• Conduct in-depth interviews to qualify prospective candidates (both active and passive) in accordance with clients’ requirements
Job Requirement :
• At least 4 years of Healthcare Recruitment (RN’s and Allied Health) experience in USA
• Experience in full life cycle Healthcare Staffing firm recruitment - including strategic sourcing, screening and interviewing, negotiating and closing candidates
• Well-spoken and confident, with the ability to effectively communicate and work with people of varied backgrounds and levels of experience
