Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Field Technician to join our team. As a vital member of our maintenance department, you will ensure the optimal performance and functionality of heavy equipment across various job sites.

Responsibilities:
• Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and component replacements on heavy equipment.
• Travel to various job sites to provide on-site repairs and technical support, minimizing equipment downtime.
• Maintain detailed records of service activity and prepare accurate reports for management.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Interact with operators in the field to understand their needs, explain repair options, and address concerns or questions.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Qualifications:
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment, including engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems.
• A willingness to embrace a fast-paced environment with a dedication to excellence.
• ASE certification or certification from a recognized training program is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in the field and solve technical problems; proven experience in a related role is preferred.
