The role

The purpose of this role is to provide support for business functions and services provided by the Facilities Management Unit including the establishment, monitoring, and review of the necessary operating systems and processes in the areas of:
Facilities Maintenance Help Desk
Security
Half Cost Fencing /Perimeter Fencing
Portable and Attractive Assets
Provide general business support to the Assets and Facilities department when required
The Help Desk Officer will provide high quality first line customer service to internal and external customers, undertake administrative duties, security processing and accounting assistance for the efficient and effective coordination of Facilities Management activities.
About you
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, proven work experience in a high volume work environment, demonstrated ability to problem solve and initiate response and actions and work well in both a team environment and autonomously.
