Job description
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about cleanliness? As a Facility Maintenance Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our facilities in top condition. Your responsibilities will include:
• Cleaning and sanitizing designated areas to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Emptying trash and recycling to maintain cleanliness.
• Replenishing supplies and restocking as needed.
• Maintaining cleaning equipment and reporting any necessary repairs.
• Responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent service.
• Collaborating closely with the team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Assisting with inventory management of cleaning supplies.
• Following safety and sanitation procedures diligently.
• Learning about different cleaning products and their proper usage.
• Working closely with the finance department to provide necessary billing and documentation.
• Exhibiting strong multitasking skills to meet deadlines.
• Providing prompt feedback and resolving issues as they arise.
• Submitting timely activity reports to keep everyone informed.
• Demonstrating dynamic project management and collaboration skills.

Job Title- Remote Entry Level IT Support Desk

Pay Range- $15- $17/hr

This role is ideal for early-career candidates looking to build a foundation in IT support within a professional enterprise environment.

The position is centered around phone-based troubleshooting and ticket resolution, supporting employees with technical issues and ensuring timely resolution through structured processes. Candidates will work primarily remotely, collaborating, with occasional onsite support for infrastructure-related needs.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact support role with the opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance.

Day to Day in the role (responsibilities):
• Handle approximately 10 inbound support calls per day
• Manage and close approximately 10 tickets daily
• Provide consistent ticket updates in ServiceNow
• Troubleshoot user issues related to systems, access, and connectivity
• Perform Active Directory tasks (password resets, user support)
• Assist with MFA setup and troubleshooting
• Support remote users
• Assist with software deployment (SCCM) and endpoint support
• Troubleshoot VPN connectivity issues (FortiClient preferred)
