We are seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to join our Ōtautahi/Christchurch office to provide expert support for software and hardware issues, ensuring our internal users experience seamless technology solutions.

About This Team

Our IT team is a highly skilled and collaborative group who strive to add real value to a firm where we believe we are better working together to achieve results. We provide technology support and solutions for an organisation of over 1700 people nationwide.

Your Typical Day Will Include

Assist end-users with hardware and software issues, troubleshoot network and system errors, and provide guidance on best practices.
Respond promptly to helpdesk queries and resolve incidents efficiently.
Collaborate with other IT professionals to implement and maintain IT solutions.
Manage user accounts and permissions.
Install, configure, and update software and hardware.
Document solutions and share knowledge to enhance the team’s capabilities.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you. You are someone with:

A relevant degree or diploma
Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and MacOS
Good knowledge of supporting MS Office 365 Suite
Experience working with Active Directory and Azure
Demonstrable problem-solving experience
Hands-on experience working with laptop hardware/mobile devices and AV Equipment.
Excellent communication skills and professional phone manner
Ability to work well under pressure and with a sense of urgency
Obtained, or working towards MCSA / MCITP or ITIL qualifications
