Job Description:
This High-Level Administrative Specialist role supports the Joint Chief Executive in managing organizational affairs, facilitating effective communication, and overseeing day-to-day operations. You will work closely with the Executive Coordinator and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.
Main Responsibilities:
• Communication and Coordination: Organize meetings, presentations, and travel arrangements on behalf of the Joint Chief Executive.
• Financial Management: Assist with budget management and serve as an authorized signatory for NBT Trust Headquarters office.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including UHBW Council of Governors, Non-Executive Directors, and Executive Directors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, face-to-face, over the phone, and by email.
• Knowledge of Local Healthcare Sector: Understanding of the local healthcare sector and wider political context within BNSSG.
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Estimated Salary Range: Based on industry standards, this role's estimated salary range is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, considering the location and responsibilities involved.
