Job Description

Business Development and Sales Expert

We are seeking a skilled business development and sales expert to join our team.
About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the dynamics, trends, and competitive environment in BB-Group's products, operations, and services.
• Develop outstanding relationships with major customers to foster partnerships that ensure mutual performance and growth.
• Promote and sell BB-Group's products and services through a relationship-based approach.
• Analyze market trends and price development.
• Negotiate contracts with customers.
Responsibilities:
• Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in assigned territories or markets.
• Research sources for developing new customers and information to determine their potential.
• Develop clear and effective written proposals and quotations for current and prospective customers.
• Solve customer problems and complaints, supported by Product Management.
• Identify advantages and compare BB-Group's products and services.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Participate in trade shows and conventions.
Service Responsibilities:
• Prepare service offers, protocols, and invoices.
• Visit customer sites for hands-on service jobs, such as preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, investigation.
• Promote spare part sales by creating awareness and minimizing spare part management.
• Coordinate with the sales and service team for the deployment of service technicians on site.
• Handle warranty claims by collecting inputs from customers and coordinating internally.
Qualifications:

We are looking for a sales-oriented individual with a bachelor's degree in mechanical or production engineering.
• Candidates with a combination of a diploma in mechanical or production engineering plus a BE degree will be preferred.
• The candidate should possess a high technical affinity and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a production company.
• Experience with conveyors, rotating equipment, and heat exchangers will be highly valued.
• Knowledge of the machinery business or market expertise in the Chemical, Baking, Food, or Wood industries is essential.
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong entrepreneurial capabilities, a hands-on mentality, process orientation, and a commitment to high-quality standards.
