Job Description
• Acting as the point of contact between the CEO and others.
• Screening and directing meetings and distributing correspondence
• Handling requests and queries appropriately
• Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
• Make travel arrangements
• Take dictation and minutes
• Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
• Devise and maintain an office filing system
• Maintaining trackers for follow-up.
Skills Required
• MS Office and English proficiency
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Up to date with the latest office gadgets and applications
• Freshers with 6-month experience are also welcome.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Bcom/BBA graduate preferred
