About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - HR to lead and manage the recruitment function. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, including bulk hiring, lateral recruitment, and team management. This role is ideal for HR professionals from non-BPO sectors or e-commerce companies who can bring best practices and proven hiring strategies to the team.
Key Responsibilities
• End-to-End Recruitment:
• Plan and execute recruitment strategies for bulk and lateral hiring.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles.
• Bulk and Lateral Hiring:
• Effectively manage high-volume recruitment processes to meet organizational needs.
• Drive recruitment for managerial, team lead, and other critical positions.
• Team Management:
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver recruitment solutions accordingly.
• Ensure alignment of recruitment strategies with business goals.
• Process Improvement:
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Identify and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (bulk and lateral hiring) and team management.
• Industry Preference: Non-BPO sectors or e-commerce companies.
• Exclusions: Candidates from BPO or IT industries will not be considered.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment for high volumes and senior roles.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver results.
